La Maliosa - Italy
Woman grow-maker Antonella Manuli grew up in Italy, Switzerland and the US, graduating in Business in California. With 160 hectares in the hills of Maremma in Tuscany her vineyards and olive groves transform into an artisan production of natural wines, extra virgin olive oil and honey. La Maliosa’s olive oils are regularly awarded gold medals in the BIOL competition dedicated to the best extra virgin organic olive oils from around the world.
La Maliosa and Antonella follow Lorenzo Corino and Case Corini in following Lorenzo’s legendary biodynamic guidelines called the Metodo Corino. This method champions sustainable and regenerative organic farming methods in all aspects of wine and olive oil production.

Interview with La Maliosa’s Antonella Manuli in her Tuscan Maremma hills vineyard.
The Metodo Corino is a patented method for natural farming and wine-making, created by Lorenzo Corino and Antonella. It involves alot of ‘back to basic’ essentials, like taking good care of your soil and avoiding anything that counters the natural process of obtaining and maturing wines. The net result is a wine that is good for you and for the environment.
