Ivaldi Andrea Extra Brut Alta Langa Champagne Method Sparkling Wine Biodynamic
Named for winemaker Andrea Ivaldi, this Alta Langa Spumante, or Italian sparkling wine, is aged on the lees for 30 months in the bottle before disgourgement, made following the traditional Champagne method. Alta Langa is a newer DOCG that is steeped in history and is an up-an-comer amoungst Italian traditional method sparkling wines. This vintage classic method sparkling wine is from chardonnay vineyards at 200 meters and harvested slightly late to give the wine more structure. A Blanc de Blancs made from 100% chardonnay grapes, fine and persistent bubbles are present with an inviting straw yellow perlage.
An Extra Brut, it has aromas of bread crust, caramel and candied fruit, with great acidity and salinity, a hint of sage and a long mineral finish. Try it with oysters. Residual sugar 13g/l.

Michi Lorenz Sauvignon Blanc Klassik Natural Wine Organic Biodynamic
Coming from an area known for some of the best Sauvignon Blancs in the world, in the Südsteiermark subzone of in the South Styria of Austria, at 400m altitude with hand picked harvesting, this lemon yellow color sauvignon blanc has an intense bouquet of lemon, lemongrass and flint. It has citrus and apple flavors with a hint of lemongrass. It has great acidity and a long, sapid finish. Soils are red schist and loam. After 24 hours of skin maceration, the fruit was fermented with native yeast and aged in stainless steel. Minimal sulfur additions.

Febo Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Chillable Red Natural Wine Organic Biodynamic
A natural & vegan wine made as a rosé wine, it actually is more like a light red wine thanks to the dark pigments of the Montepulciano grapes which are organic & biodynamic, farmed on Febo family’s estate vineyards in Abruzzo. It is fresh and fruity, with a cherry taste and a salty finish. Fermented with native yeast and refined in the winegrower's grandparents' concrete vessels. Great chilled and a good pairing is eggplant parmesan.
