This Millésime 2014 champagne style sparkling wine is fermented in the bottle for 42 months, more than twice as long as the minimum for Champagne. From the foothills of the alps bordering France in Northern Piedmont, it is made with 100% Erbaluce, a grape variety from Northern Piedmont with high acidity. This crisp and creamy Traditionelle Method sparkling wine is rich in subtlety and personality. Ethereal white bubbles, fruity with notes of bread crust and flowers.

Our story begins in 1931 when grandfather Silvio, in the midst of his youth, replaces the old family vineyard with Erbaluce.
Our grandfather was among the first in 1967 to request the DOC for Erbaluce. It should be known that Erbaluce, although very limited territorially and not so well known, was among the first Italian wines to request and obtain the DOC!
