Named after a Greek mythology legend, this semi-sparkling, ‘frizzante’ organic white wine is made from 40 yr old organic ‘Pignoletto’ vines in the middle of a national park in the Bolognese hills in Italy. 2017 was a warmer year producing a wine with a deep straw yellow and ripe fruit and apple sauce aromas and taste. Aged for 4 months in concrete on the lees, un-oaked.

We tasted this wine as Panificio Tubertini in Bologna handmade some pasta in a cooking class for us… check out the video!
