This 100% tempranillo wine is made from Ecce Vinum’s most treasured tempranillo old vines, some which are older than 100 years. It is aged for 8 months in new French oak ‘barrique.’ It is the winery’s most treasured wine that represents the maximum achievement of its terroir. It is certified organic per EU standards and is made with native yeast fermentation, so a natural wine. It has an intense nose of dark berries, vanilla, and nutmeg. These flavors carry over to the taste where it is rich and textured, fresh and fruit forward and full of tannins.
