Clos des Amis White Wine Skin Contact Chardonnay

Ever hear the story about how blue cheese was invented? There’s a similar story behind this wine. The grapes were harvested late, there unintentionally had some skin contact and then the wine starting to ferment on its own, with no yeast added.
