We chatted with natural winemaking family Guido and Luisa Corino about what their late father, ‘the wise man of natural wine’, Lorenzo Corino, taught them about terroir and the land under the vines.
Along with Peter Nelson, Boston-based sommelier and restaurateur, who led our last chat with Lorenzo and Guido Corino back in May 2020 we got an intimate insight into their father’s legacy and how they are carrying on as the 6th generation of natural wine vignerons. Get their wines and watch the recording to taste along with them.
Case Corini believes in Super Natural wines, or wines made organically, biodynamically, with native yeast fermentation and regenerative farming practices that are sustainable for the local ecosystem and vineyards. Listen in as Guido and Luisa explain how these practices impact the local terroir of their vineyards in Costigliole d’Asti in Piedmont, Italy.
