On Friday March 22nd 2024 the Carmel Wine School will hosting a special seminar in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California!

When Antonella Manuli founded La Maliosa in Maremma Tuscany, she had an ambitious vision to create a completely sustainable closed loop agriculture farm and winery. 15 years later she has a patented method for making natural wine based on a “farming first” philosophy, among other principles, and has created a tourist destination, reviving the culture and livelihood of the Maremma countryside. Let’s learn from Antonella about the farming behind the wine and enjoy her expressive “00” natural wines and organic olive oils at the Carmel Wine School on March 22nd from 6.30-8pm. Appetizers will be paired with the wines, too.
